Toffee Fruit Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup toffee chips
*Mix well and chill before serving with apples or fruit of your choice. If making the night before, add toffee chips right before serving. They can dissolve if refrigerated too long.
